Since I didn't like the lack of locking for the 1/4 screw, and it's center position only, on the mount plate, I redesigned it to fit my needs.
It's made of two part, the mount itself, and a screw locking plug.
I'm using a 1/4 screw like this one
I used one M5x60mm kind of pan-head screw, then create a cutout to avoid rotation.
I've also added two reinforcements.
PLEASE NOTE: since I love Kernel770's design, I don't provide all the parts, but only the mount plate related ones. All other parts are available from Kernel770's page.
The FreeCAD files are provided.
