Ok so my otter box is falling apart after 1 yr of use.

Thats not bad for having a 3yr grab the phone at any time and proceed to abuse the ever living crap out of it........But I am no longer a pre-consumer now that I have printing power!

So here is my design for a otter box subsitute that is kid and germ proof.

You'll need to go to your local comic book shop....? Follow directions and enjoy.

Print the bottom first

Buy some comic book bags they are strong and usually anti static.

Open Bag and place iPhone that is incased in the bottom print into the bag.

Print the Top

Place the top on the iPhone and plastic bag so that it stretchs the bag across the phone.

The little lip on the top will crimp the bag to the bottom.

Now trim the extra bag off the side.

Walla iphone is now incased in an inexpensive case along with a germ shield that are cheap to change from time to time.

Update! I have added to the design for the top. Cool rig side rails / Camera hole on phone side now is open / Stronger top design
