A mould that you can print out and inject silicon sealant, latex, polyurethane, etc to make your own flexible hinges for the Flexy-Hand, Flexy-Hand 2, or other applications.

Due to the new additional hinges for the Flexy-Hand 2 gauntlet attachment, I have modified this mould from the original 2 half design.

Print as many moulds off as you wish.
For each Flexy-Hand you will need 4 of the tallest hinges and 11 of the middle height. And for the Flexy-Hand 2, you will need 2 of the lowest hinges for the gauntlet attachment.
Place tape over the lower surface to stop sealant leaking.
Tip : To help reduce adhesion of the sealant to the mould, a few techniques could be used : Dust lightly with talc/chalk or lightly coat with oil, butter etc.
