This is a one-pound (or antweight) fighting robot modeled after the Battlebots competitor "HUGE" in the 2018 Battlebots season. It is designed to be printed on a Markforged Onyx One / Onyx Pro / etc. printer, and all the parts should fit on the bed (individually, not together). Virtually all the parts in this are available off the shelf; however, the weapon bar will need to be manufactured in your method of choice (I recommend a waterjet shop).

Assuming you have (or have access to) small quantities of screws, this comes to approximately 290 dollars of hardware plus printing costs and waterjet costs. I recommend piggybacking on someone else's waterjet order or cutting several blades to keep costs per blade reasonable. Consider Big Blue Saw (bigbluesaw.com)!
I strongly recommend trying to find somewhere local to yuou that will sell you high-strength screws of the appropriate sizes in small quantities (join your local makerspace!); however, if you are planning on this being the first of several robots, the McMaster screw quantities will make sense - virtually all of the screws listed in the BOM come in quantities of 100 at minimum (which is why they're all about 15 bucks a pack).
