Here are the goals of my printer design:
Build Area 200x200x215
120 mm/s speed (at least)
Two sizes of extruded 2020 (300mm and 200mm)
Rigid Frame
Easy to assemble
Easily scalable
Small Bill of materials
Single Belt
V6 extruder
Here is a basic parts list:
Ramps kit with 5x Nema17 and Smart Discount Full Graphic Controller
60cm cable for the Smart Discount Full Graphic Controller
8 x 8mm x 300mm Length Smooth Rod
2 x 8mm x 300mm Length Leadscrews with nut
2 x 5mm to 8mm flex coupling
12 x 300mm 2020 T-slot or V-slot (Will need to be Tapped to M6 on each end)
4 x 200mm 2020 T-slot or V-slot (Will need to be Tapped to M6 on each end)
16 x LM8UU bearings
2 x 608zz bearings
Bowden extruder Kit (right hand)
MK2a heated bed with alum build surface (can be use glass, Z endstops must be used)
E3D V6 or V6 Lite 12v with bowden addon
3ft of PTFE Tubing
12v 30a Power supply
2x endstop switches (DM1-01P-30-3) (or 4x for use without a probe)
LJ12A3-4-Z/AX US Proximity Sensor (6 to 36V)
2 Meter GT2 Belt
2 x GT2 Timing Belt Pulley 6mm Width 5mm Bore 16T
12 x F623ZZ (to make 6 idler pulleys)
Hardware:
50 x M4x8 Bolts
50 x M4 T-slot Nut
32 x M6x25 Bolts
4 x M2 x 12 + nuts (For endstops)
3d printer bed spring kit (4 x M3x40mm + 4 x Spring + 4 x Thumbscrew/Knob )
Other assorted M3 nuts and bolts required.

4 x GT2 Smooth Ball Bearing Idler 6mm Width 3mm Bore

- Made extruder fan mount bolt on as opposed to attached with a zip tie
- Strengthened Y-axis mount

- Strengthened Z-Probe Mount
Update 11/26/18:
- Added Z Endstop option for those who would prefer not to use a probe or those who wish to use a glass bed.
- Integrated Feet into bottom corners
- Increased Thickness of Z-Bottom Motor mount for increased build height
- Modified Extruder Mount and Z-Probe Mount to support Clone extruders and to provide holes for wire routing.
