You need

3 Screws M5 X 20 3 Washers M5 3 Nuts M5 3 Bearings 625 (5 X 16 X 5) 1 Bearing 608

Assemble the 625 Bearings to Bearing Plate mith Screws, Washers and Nuts Place the 608 Bearing in the Bearing Plate

If you need to, then complete the Base with holes for fixing it or with flanges or what you like...

Adapter Plate can be modyfied to any spool-diameter you need.
