It should work as a bottle opener that you can put on a key ring.

This was personalized with someone's initials, but you can easily delete the letters since they aren't grouped with the bottle opener.

Since it's so thin, it might break if you make it out of plastic. But if you can 3-D print it as metal or use a 3-D print of it to make a mold for metal it should be ok.
