Just a simple shelf peg, but you can get it just right instead of using whatever's stocked in the hardware store.

First select US or Metric, Then choose the peg width and length. The overall length, width, and height of the shelf support are also customizable. (2x the peg width is a good starting point.)

Sample STL's are provided for 3/16 Inch and 5mm pegs.
