Descrição
A robust electronics case that should withstand quite an impact. Designed to take two 30mm fans for cooling.
Instruções
This cover can be a difficult print on the Solidoodle because it takes most of the build platform. It is also a long print, so the corners are prone to lifting. Re-leveling the bed, tightly controlling temperature and using some hairspray is highly recommended.
I printed mine with 110% extrusion width in Slic3r and three perimeters, to speed up the infill and and make the walls thick enough to be strong. Fill was only 0.05 which was still very robust.
Edit: There is now a second version with a 1mm indented Solidoodle logo thanks to tc_fea's thing.
There are four holes in the case to take 1/4x1/4 inch cylinder magnets.
There are two slots for 30x30x6mm fans.

You might need to trim the case slightly to get them in, it's a tight fit. After that, I simply wired the two fans together with a connector, which was added to the power in terminals for the electronics. Every time the power goes on, the fans go on too.
