These leveling knobs help keep your bed level while making adjustments to your bed height. Each knob has a moveable scale that allows you to set a "zero" bed height. Plus, minus signs indicate an increase or decrease in bed height. The scale is non-specific and simply marks position; knobs are set in equal positions to maintain a level bed.

Instruções

  1. Print out parts- shells 1, layer .2, infill 15% no raft, no supports; I recommend slower print speeds overall; slower speeds on outlines seem to produce more clarity on the scale bar
  2. Press knobs from your bot into the printed knobs; vice works well.....the idea is to get them pressed in flat and straight.....be careful! don't break the knobs!
  3. Add scale rings and screw knobs back onto your bot
  4. Get your bed level - level your bed manually or use leveling script
  5. Get your bed level! - print out a bed calibration print, make adjustments; print as many times as needed to get a full perfect print
  6. Carefully hold the knob in place and spin the scale ring until the zero lines up with the plastic reinforcement rib on the underside of the bed. Do the same for the other two and you are now "zeroed"!

Now you can make adjustments to your bed up or down keeping it level the whole time. Remember you can use positions between tick marks as well for even finer adjustment.
