The back of the wings are only 1.2mm thick to get a translucent effect. You can easily change this in the SCAD file by changing "height=layer_height*4" on the "wing_back" layer import. You can also change "layer_height=?" to fit your setup.

The base design is the same as alanretentives, and it works fine. It might need a small tap to keep the parts aligned though.
