Modelo 3D MPCNC 4040 frame mount por robbertkl no Thingiverse

Descrição

This part replaces the legs+feet of the MPCNC (Mostly Printed CNC by Allted) to make it easy to mount on a frame built from 4040 aluminium extrusions. STEP files are included for easy customization.

The tabs on the bottom slide into the rails of the extrusions, keeping it in place. Between the tabs is an exact space for an M4 slide nut. The `Bottom_Corner` / `BottomM_Corner` parts fit on top and a bolt (made for an M4x35) goes all the way through both parts and into the slide nut.

Be sure to also check out my MPCNC 4040 mid span supports, for builds with long X or Y axes.

MPCNC build information

This part was designed for the international 25mm "F" version of the MPCNC, although it might fit on the other versions just fine.

It replaces `Foot`, `Lock_Corner` / `LockM_Corner` and a piece of conduit for the legs and fits directly below `Bottom_Corner` or `BottomM_Corner`. Depending on how you assemble the extrusions, you will need either `Frame_Corner` or `FrameR_Corner`, or both:

║════ ║░░░║ You'll need 2x `Frame_Corner` and 2x `FrameR_Corner` ║░░░║ ════║

║═══║ ║░░░║ You'll need 4x `Frame_Corner` ║░░░║ ║═══║

═════ ║░░░║ You'll need 4x `FrameR_Corner` ║░░░║ ═════

Make sure you have the right one before printing. Please have a look at the included rendered images.

Finally, the bolt that goes into `Bottom_Corner` should be replaced with a 35mm bolt, so it reaches into the nut in the extrusion.
