The project started out with trying to create an organizer for a tap and die set, but I made this more useful customizable drill bit tray.

I've included two STL files. The first is a 5 bay tray that holds bits up to 107mm long, the second is the same tray with am insert space for a 10mm high label.

The customizer allows you to choose the, number, length, width, and depth of the bays.
