It is a work in progress and I do not want to maintain two separate file places. Files will be uploaded once I print and test to full scale. Note the small scale functioned.

4 tier hydroponic system, with built in bell siphon system in each partition. Center based water distribution system.

Plus a 5 gallon bucket design is also included, made to fit a 11,75in ID standard bucket.

• Small submersible fish pump.
• Air bubbler
• 1/4in 6.35mm tubing
• 4 x 100mm dia. pots with mesh or holes in them.
• Small clay rocks or marbles to fill in pots.
• Print in a non see through plastic to avoid undesired algae growth.

It was built to fit the Ultimaker 2 platform as per the dimensions they state, but after I noticed it needed to be printed at 98% to properly fit. Normal to high quality print only. Need to ensure that it is water tight for the siphon to work properly.

I printed at 50% scale to test the siphon system; it functioned. When the container became near full the drain began to drain until it was near empty again. Some will adjustments to the bell siphon exit port or to the pump will need to be made. This is to properly match the flow output vs input. The output should always be higher than the input. This way the water will never overflow and only fully drain then fill again.
