Descrição
This is a case for the EtherTap device that was included as part of HackerBox #0031. The EtherTap provides a convenient way to tap into an ethernet cable so that traffic over the cable can be analyzed as part of resolving networking issues or performing penetration testing.
This case comes in two parts, and both print without supports. Note that although the case (and the circuit board) appear to be square, they are not. They are 1mm wider than they are long, so the board only fits comfortably one way into the case. If it doesn't fit well, rotate the board by 90 degrees.
The lid snaps onto the body using built-in clips, and is marked with "P" for the passthrough jacks, and "T" for the tap jacks. Be sure that the markings are oriented to be above the respective jacks, or the lid won't fit. The lid was designed for a tight fit, you may need to use a fair bit of force on the corners to get them to snap in place, depending on your printer.
This case was made with fairly tight tolerances, but if your printer can pass a 0.2mm tolerance test, you should be good for printing this case.
