Modeled from scratch using a 123D Catch scan of a K9 toy for reference. Some details were just ignored in the interest of making it printable on a small scale.

EDIT: MK2 prints better at small sizes. The ears don't break off.

There's a little clean up that needs to be done under the neck. I recommend you just don't look to closely there.
