This is a very simple tablet stand I made for an 8" Galaxy Note (although it works fine with other tablets including my old 10" Motorola Xoom). It's simple, but it works and easy to print.

I used a new technique (for me) - the shape was made in Inkscape and I then used the paths2openscad extension to extrude a 60mm stand. Some (slightly) more detailed instructions on using the extension are available here.
