These are case for the snap on needle points for meter test leads. There are two sets of files one is for Fluke needle points and one for Keysight/Aligent/HP needle points. I printed with PLA yellow. The yellow is semi-transparent so you can see if the points are in the case. You may need to adjust the X Y scaling in the slicer if the inside bore is too tight. You should only scale it by 0.1 at a time. Also keep in mind you need to scale the cap at the same time. The caps just snap on using the layer lines to hold them. I have had good luck with this. Print this slow I print at 30mm/s.
