You can print out a single insulin monomer or six to build a hexamer.

There are two monomer files, A and B. To build the hexamer, print out three copies of each and assemble using blu tack and the PDB entry structure view for guidance (https://www.rcsb.org/3d-view/4INS/1; Assembly: bioassembly 3; Style: surface; Colour: by chain).
