High detailed model of car's brake disc. Using reference models and 2D drawings of a basic brake disk I created this model. I have scaled all of the parts to be a nice fit on a replicator build platform. I recommend printing with a 40% infill and using support material and raft.

Just print

assemble by placing center disc in side the main larger disc (this should be a tight fit). Then place the caliper* over the main part of the break anywhere on the disc. This should be a very tight fit and you should place it where you think you should.
