I really liked the Adafruit Pi case so I made my own version.

It will stack tightly and has both a full legnth top and a shorter top for use with the slice of pi board by Ciseco http://goo.gl/566lk

This version is drawn from scratch in draftsight rather that from the Adafruit file here (I actually didnt see it on thingiverse until after finishing the basic layout so figured I may as well finish it).

The etched logos in the photos are all from thenounproject.com with the exception of the Raspberry Pi Logo.

Its designed to be cut from 3mm material. Personally i like it in wood :)

Update - Added A4 version for cutting two cases from a single A4 sheet of acrylic

Ive included three versions.

One normal for cutting in 3mm acrylic, one reversed for cutting in plywood (etches need to on the outside with wood and inside on acrylic) and a final one for cutting 2x pi cases from a single sheet of a4.

Extra tips/things to consider

Make sure you clip the usb side end plate first and make sure the top side of the end plate is all the way over the hooks before fixing the bottom hooks on. Acrylic is hard but also brittle, it's a tight fit so if its not on right and you force it the clips could snap off. Also it comes with two top plates, a full size and half size one for using the gpio
