Veggieburger;

Cook some; Potatoes corn carrots Cauliflower Broccoli Peas Beans (the ones you like best)

Roast some bread, and put it with some corn flakes, in the mixer. put aside.

Separate some eggwhites from the yolk. put aside Add a couple grains of salt, and a couple grains of sugar to the eggwhites. Grains, not grams. Just a tiny bit. They will break down the proteine strains, and make the eggwhites more paintable.
