2013 Update : I have uploaded three new files:
Solid - For vase/perimeter option in print software.
Shell - For the surface option in print software.
2mm - Predefined walls of ~2mm.

Size is 10.5 x 10.5 x 12.5 cm with 3mm thick walls. Scale as needed.
