Modelo 3D Automatic Fish Feeder por jerseyguy1996 no Thingiverse

Descrição

Important Notes: I designed the auger's fit within the barrel to have very tight tolerances. My thought was that tighter tolerances would mean a more consistent feed. Unfortunately after a week of using it the oils in the food started to build up in the barrel and caused the auger to bind. If you are thinking of printing this, hold off until I can rework the auger to allow a bit more room for it to turn within the barrel.

Automatic fish feeder remixed from coberdas and UrbanAtWork. I designed everything in Fusion360. You can access the design here: (http://a360.co/2BmqVjW). It is designed around a Nema17 stepper motor. I used this one (https://www.automationtechnologiesinc.com/products-page/nema-17/nema17-stepper-motor-2/).

IMPORTANT!!! The lid and standoffs may load into your slicer in a vertical position. They print better rotated into a horizontal position which I would recommend. The hopper may load laying on its side. Rotate it so that the small end is at the bottom. Some of the parts purposely fit snug. Wiggle them around or rotate them in the case of the auger to loosen them up a bit.

Motor attaches with M3 35mm socket head cap screws (mcmaster part#91292A033) Motor shaft attaches to auger with an M3 set screw (McMaster part# 92605A100) but any M3 screw will work as long as it doesn't extend out to the spacers. There is a slot in the motor shaft end of the auger that you can slip an M3 hex nut (McMaster part# 90710A030) into.
