If you run a Haas mill or lathe this button guard will give you some tactile feedback when you are focused in the machine and operating the control behind you. After spraying my indicator a few times while setting up a part I find it useful on the coolant button which is close to the jog buttons. It could also be used on the tool release button but this can be locked out in parameters. On the lathe the turret fwd and turret rev buttons are close to the jog buttons so this guard will prevent a turret index while touching off tools.
