Here is a simple 18mm spacing pegboard hook for use on 3mm thick pegboard as often used in the UK. 18mm is really an indication I am guessing that it really is 3/4" spacing.

These snap in and do the job nicely and cheaply for some light weight holding.

I've been printing them out at either 40 or 50% infill that seem to have held up.
