PRINT YOUR OWN C3PO.

With these files you will be able to print a 1:1 scale, accurate C3PO, there are no other files that come close to the accuracy of these files, of the real Empire Strikes back C3PO.

The files come in 2 formats, full resolution and lower resolution, because the files are pretty big, you can opt for the lower res if you just want to print a scale model of C3PO.

Please in the spirit of true Star Wars fans all around the world, and like the R2Builders club, if you make parts for other fans keep the cost to a minimum, I released these files so every body has the chance to build one, and not costing an arm and a leg. if you adjust the files, please post them, and link to the originals, so people can keep track on what versions are available.

If you want to cut the pieces into more manageable or printable sections, you could use Meshmixer (free), it is a very powerful STL editor.

To 3D print this, you might want to consider a more sandable material, you will probably do a lot of sanding, and while PLA might be the easiest to print, but is worst for sanding, I had the best result with PETG, strong and good to sand, ABS could be better with melting parts with acetone, but needs a heated chamber for good big prints. there are probably more good ideas for materials, but think before you print :)
