Check out the updated version here. Added mechanical endstops for reliability and includes finished driver code.

Fully printed split flap clock.

You'll need some M3x10mm bolts and lock nuts to hold everything together. 3 28BYJ steppers drive the displays, with ULN2003 drivers, all connected to an Arduino with an RTC module.
