ITEM light 4040 Hinge

This hinge for 4040 profiles was designed for a DIY laser cutter project.

It easily connects two ITEM profiles to each other, which can be attached with two M8 x 20mm inner square screws. The joint can be rotated in a straight position 90° to the right & left. The screws can be used to regulate the effort needed to move the joint.

(+) very precise and form-fitting (+) no twisting of the profiles (+) high stability if the infill is increased accordingly

(-) only ITEM light profiles, otherwise all positive points will get worse
