The knob to my mailbox froze shut on cold winter days so I copied the knob design into an all plastic that hopefully will remain functional on even the coldest days.

Only the turnable cylinder with knob is replaced, the rest of the housing is untouched. Use 1 M5 ~45-50mm hex bolt, nylon lock nut and large washer to secure the locking arm to the "knob cylinder".
