I modified the design here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2474245/#comments to make it easier. M10 threaded rods are so easy to get anywhere. Only smooth rod you need is 8mm , You dont need LM8UU because you can use printed one. I use it and it slides so nice and is quiet ! the best part. I simplified the 2D joint ,
