Customizable design for vases based on a star pattern. Adjust properties including but not limited to the number of points on the star and the amount of twist to generate interesting designs.

Contains what is probably a very inefficient `Star` module. I couldn't find a similar function in the OpenSCAD MCAD library, but this hack does the job.

Intended to be printed with zero infill and zero top layers (or, just stop the print around 90%).

I printed the `star-vase.stl` sample in brown PLA on my Printrbot Simple using 0.15 mm layer height, 10 bottom layers, and spiral vase mode (1 continuous perimeter/no infill).
