This is an evolution of my previous model: Batisfera Sketch

Print this model only if you know how to setup the supports and remove them carefully.

The model has holes in the elements for connection, and by scaling the connectors you can adjust joints tolerance. Connectors has 80% scale by default. Use drop of a glue to fix the joints, in any case. (full connector/hole size is 10x4x2mm, with 100% scale, in case you need to know)

The wheels in the split model are floating "in the air" to have better layers pattern/specular after a print. Of course, the supports are necessary.

So in general, you need to print one of each:

• batisfera_body_optimized_repaired.stl
• batisfera_wheels_optimized_repaired.stl
• batisfera_jointsScale80_x5_repaired.stl (or batisfera_jointsScale90_x5_repaired.stl)

Update 2018-01-04:

• joints x5 in 80% scale added, looks like they fit much better than 90% version
• single joint model in 90% scale removed, scale and use 100% model instead
• full set model removed

• complete joints rebuild, now it will be possible to adjust joints tolerance
• single joint model available, in 100% scale (scale down manually to fit the holes in the joints)
• single joint model added, in 90% scale (by default)
• full set model added, with all needed elements in one file

• solid model updated - it was not optimized version, sorry

Update 2017-12-31:

• my first test showed, that the joints are pretty bad, and I need to improve them. So wait for the updates!
