This is a toothpick holder based on the type you might see in a restaurant. The small end piece should be printed with 100% infill so the thin piece with the threads is strong enough. I print 4 end pieces at a time in a separate print. Everything else can be printed with any infill you want. I use 20%. All these parts were designed not to need supports.

-edit Someone asked for the original files. I added them. They are from the program DesignSpark(Which i haven't used in 5+ years). I suggest you open the .stl files in Blender and stretch them to the size you want. If you don't know how to use blender, you should start now. -edit2 Added the improved top. I added .25mm to the clearance and made the clip more aggressive.
