Roberta details the tool and provides a tracing that she made of the tool laid flat. She refers to it as a Cupid's Bow tool. From this tracing, I reproduced the tool in Fusion 360. Made the piece that runs through the latches wedge shaped so you can use it to rake the latches closed as well. I thickened up the handle as well.

Eventually I will add a second tool slightly larger as it works well on a standard gauge machine but is a little small on the chunky machine.
