Description

Generating electricity with the DC motor of an old gramophone and a printed windmill.

The first tests gives 2.5 V and lots of vibrations of the windmill. later more..

Instructions

Print: 1 xBaseInOnePiece.stl (or when the piece is too big 1x baseFront (for the front M4 bearing), 1x baseMid (for the back M4 bearing), 1x baseBackPart(for the generator and
M10 basebearing)

1x BaseBearingHolder.stl (to connect the base axis via the base bearing to the base)

1x TailPart

3x windMillBlade 1x hub

I added an extra plane to the windmillblade to get a better print quality, after printing the extra plane can be removed with a saw.

Put the stuff together with: 1 x DC motor gramophone

2 x threaded rod 500mm x M5 12 x nut M5 12 x ring M5

1 x threaded rod 200mm x M4 2 x bearing M4 4 x bolt M4 x 40 6 x nut M4 4 x ring M4

1 x threaded rod x M10 3 x nut M10 2 x ring M10 1 x bearing M10
