This is a mashup of a core-XY and cartesian bot. I put a stepper on the X carriage so i didn't have to change the firmware in the Brainwave controller and i don't have the really long belts of the Core-XY.
Based on 20mm T-slot extrusion and 10mm smooth rods throughout

A number of parts ifrom the CoreCube SAKURA version 1 and 2 were used. I re-designed the X carriage, both Y brackets and designed the Z platform and QU-BD extruder.
There are a few parts required from the referenced design, like corner brackets, Idler brackets, All 3 parts of the Z-Axis plastic, the Y motor mounts and an endstop bracket.
This thing will move the carriage easily at over 200mm/sec. I am just getting to calibrating the printing speeds, but they should be pretty quick.
