Descrição
This is a simple mini servo coupling which connects a "mini series" RC servo to a 4mm rod.
I was absolutely happy to see that this insane detail is printed with ease on my Ultimaker!
This coupling features a tiny hole for a M2 screw which secures the coupling towards the servo. Another hole is there to fix the rod (where you have to drill a tiny hole into) to the coupling.

I tried different slicers which gave quite different results due to different threshold values for small details I guess.
The coupling will be used in a flying object which I will release very soon - ready to print of course! Follow me on Google+ or watch for it on Thingiverse.
Instruções
- Slice the "Servo_Coupling_v01.stl" with your favorite slicer and see how it performs with tiny details.
- I used 0.1 mm layers with most slicers.
- If there's a threshold value for small details, go low... you'll need it.
- Speedwise: Take it easy, it's a small part anyways.

Let me know if you need the source files (Autodesk Inventor). I could upload them after the weekend.
Note: The dimensions on the part are not very accurate. It was more a "guessing-process" in order to get a good print with Kisslicer (which I tried first). I needed to increase the measurements in order to make it fit. So the *.stl is based on these values. Just print it and scale it slightly if it's too loose or tight.
Happy printing!
