Super-simple spool holder I made to use on my RigidBot. Takes one ball bearing and can be used on spools of a variety of sizes. Conical shape ensures a wide array of fitment. Zero supports needed due to design, so single extruder friendly!

Recommendations

• Use only one ball bearing, mounted at the widest part of the cone. Keeps the spool rotating on its own axis that way, and avoids binding, plus you can use some 8mm clips to keep the filament from moving on the rail as it unwinds
