Cela faisait déjà bien longtemps que je voulais un guide perçage sur chant, de manière à pouvoir percer exactement au centre et perpendiculairement. Simplement marquer le point n'est pas suffisant, il est rarement facile de tenir la perceuse exactement en place.

En même temps, j'ai démarré une série de vidéos sur Youtube, tutoriel sur Fusion 360. Cet outil m'a semblé être le candidat parfait, composé de plusieurs pièces mais encore relativement simple. Pour assembler les pièces, vous allez avoir besoin de:

• 6 mini roulements de 4 X 10 x 4
• 6 Inserts laiton M4 de 6 mm de long
• 2 Boulons M4 tête ronde, empreinte hexagonale, longueur 10 mm
• 4 Boulons M4 tête ronde, empreinte hexagonale, longueur 20 mm

I wanted to have an edge drilling jig since a while, to be able to drill exactly on the center, and perpendicular. Simply check the center is not enough, as it's rarely easy to hold the cordless drill exactly perpendicular.

To assemble the parts, you will need:

• 6 mini bearings 4 x 10 x 4
• 6 brass inserts M4, length 6 mm
• 2 M4 Socket Head Screws, length 10 mm
• 4 M4 Socket Head Screws, length 20 mm
