I made these for a Large Playable Gameboy Costume. The buttons are pretty durable considering that people (drunk) would punch the buttons and they didn't break.
Includes D-pad, A/B and Start/Select Buttons
there is also an adapter piece to use the smaller micro-switches.
Instruções
The base glues behind a piece of 1/4 (5mm) plywood.
Add micro-switches in the slots and done.
Depending on the types of micro-switches you have handy, you may need to print out the adapter pieces.
NO springs needed, the micro-switch alone gives a good toggle feel with little to no dead zones on the buttons.
