its an iPad stand! nice and simple. easily printable. there is also a "travel" version, where its two pieces slotted together for easy storage.

UPDATE 5/9/12: slight update to the solid version, rounded back. no big deal if you like the old one better, they are both available.

for the standard version, just go a head and print it! i like to print it turned -18.5 degrees and with a 0 degree solid layer fill, i feel it looks slightly nicer that way.

For the travel version, just print one of each piece and assemble. there is a small amount of bridging involved on the right piece, but its not that bad.

i print both of these with 2 perimeters, .2 infill, and 2 solid layers on the standard one, 3 on the travel version.

i have it marked as a "work in progress" because i might make a few cosmetic changes to it at some point, but other then that it wont change much.
