Sometimes your hotend doesn't have enough grip and beginns to turn unintentionally. Same with the mounted probe. I modified the hypercube evolution retainer with two additional screws to put some more pressure onto these items and hold them in place.

You need to insert two M3 brass inlay nuts. Use a M3x8 screw for the hotend and a M3x10 for the probe, but be carefull with the pressure, because you retract the opposite inlay nuts otherwise!
