#ChipERemix When I first saw the yellow Chip-E; I couldn't help but see Spongebob Square Pants. Here is my remix of Chip-E with a refitted Spongebob SquarePants Pen holder (designed by Tangu) for the body.
I originally was going to just make a "suit" for the Chip-E to place on top, but I thought it would be to much to print and maybe to heavy. I don't have all the electronics for the chip-E but plan on buying them soon, maybe not in time for the challenge end date though. Whish I could post a video.
I really enjoy the challenge to this; cutting all the proper holes and mounts to make this thing fit as good as I can get it. My computer that renders this is not the greatest...it took some longs nights to get this perfect. I made the head slightly larger to either fit over the original top (no holes) and one that will fit snug on the middle waste (with holes). The lcd screen would have to be mounted in the rear though
Arms are adjustable. I'm looking into making a version 2 of this once I get my electronics in. I would like to make the hands move robotically. The head is taller than the Chip=E; I figured I could add a couple more motors to it....in time
