Print-out, 0.3mm layers, the Front and Back housings add required components and watch your tweets etc print out and tear them off. There are other grate projects for this to print the weather, appointments etc.

This is printed on a Ultimaker with a 0.6mm nozzle and heatbed with Kapton tape.

The back housing requires some internal support! Print with CURA and crack the support out with a flat blade screwdriver. Try printing it either on its base or open-front on the platen.

The front face has in built teeth which only seem to print with Slic3r and not Cura?

I had trouble printing this with ABS as it lost dimension in the Z-axis due to shrinkage so, a new version will apear with different supports and print orientation for ABS & clip retaining details to keep the front face better connected.
