Yet another stand for an iPad, I made this from scratch as I just wanted a simple stand that had two angles for my ipad mini. Its a generic opening size so that I wouldnt have to take the cover off and it also fits my phone as well.

Print two of them and place the tablet in the stand, the width holds it upright, but if your concerned, you could bridge the two with a tube of some sort to make it more sturdy, I dont find I need to though.
