I wanted some guides for the underside of my workbench to clean up dangling cables. The guides are 1/2" deep and just over 1.5" wide.

The guides mount with a #6 wood screw. The ones pictured are mounted into the table with 1/2" screws, penetrating just over 1/4" into the wood. 3M command strips may also work if you do want want to make a hole in the mounting surface.

• Print a guide in ABS (I recommend <20% fill for extra flexibility)
• Drill a 5/64" pilot hole in the mounting surface to the depth of your screw (the guide itself is ~1/4" thick)
• Screw guide into surface using a #6 countersunk wood screw. It should be tight enough that the guide does not easy rotate on the screw, but do not over tighten or else the plastic will split
