I also printed a version with a hard PLA outside and a softer Polyflex inside, which came out kinda nice as well I think. For now do not (yet) print the outside-inside version only in PLA though or any other stiff material though, they will not (yet) click together. For that I need to do some tolerance tinkering still first. I will update those files when I have the had time to play with them again. For now you can print the 'open' version or the 'hard/soft combination'. Or change the files yourself if you can't wait :) Feel free to play around with the design.
