This is a printable drop-in replacement for the effector of an FLSun Mini Kossel (model 2017). Mine arrived malformed and I did not want to wait for replacement from China.
I was also not happy with the part cooling capability of the FLSun Mini Kossel, so I redesigned the part fan duct slightly.
There are now a few versions available:
- Effector for the original FlSun delivered hot-end:
- Part cooler fan: 45.5mm x 10.5mm
- Hot-end fan: 30.00mm x 10.0mm
- Collar Ø: 16.2mm
- Cage height: 31mm
- Collar height: 18mm
- Effector for the E3D v6 hot-end:
- Part cooler fan: 45.5mm x 10.5mm
- Hot-end fan: 30.0mm x 10.0mm
- Collar Ø: 16.2mm
- Cage height: 29mm
- Collar height: 16mm
Make sure you mount the V6 cooler so that underside of the V6 heatsink is flush with the underside of the effector. A picture was added on how to align the V6 collar with the heatsink clamp (this is different for the V6 vs. the original hot-end, which is mounted flush with the top of the clamp).
- Effector for the original FlSun delivered hot-end but with larger tolerances (on request of user exodus88):

- Hot-end fan: 30.5mm x 10.5mm

BOM: 1 x set of 3D printed parts 1 x hot-end 2 x M2.5x12 (to mount the leveling switch) 3 x M3x12 (hinges of the hot-end clamp + actuator for the leveling switch) 2 x M3x10 + 2 x M3 nut (to clamp the hot-end) 1 x M4x20 + 1 x M4 washer + spring (to retain the spring for the hot-end clamp) 6 x M3x20 self-tapping + 6 spring washers (to mount the delta rods) 1 x micro switch (leveling switch) 2 x M3x8 + 2 x M3 nut (to mount the part fan duct) 1 x 12V Fan 30mmx10mm (heatbreak cooling) 1 x 12 V Fan AB4512HX-GD0 (part cooling)
Both fans are press-fitted to the effector.
