Canopy and side/front covers for Replicator made from acrylic sheets and printed parts. Ugly, but it works...

I printed this with default RepG profile @ 30% infill but raised platform temp. to 110C. Print as many of the parts as needed to fill the sides. At least a couple of the corners were filled in with the angle-only parts.

The acrylic parts were cut from 3x Lowe's Duraplex 45.7x61x2mm acrylic sheets hand cut with the Plaskolite tool they sell next to the sheets. It was a pain getting the printed parts attached to the sheets - I would go for the laser cut version if I had a choice.
